At least that's what they tell me! Among other things, I love the strings that Bryan added to this track (they are most apparent towards the end of the song). And my pal Pat Steward does a knock-up job on the drums. Listen to the frenetically tasteful drum fill ... just before the frenetically tasteful guitar solo! Like my other three co-writes on the "11" album, Bryan and I started writing "Way Of The World" by email. A second, separate series of collaborations between Bryan and Gretchen Peters saw the song to completion. |
