My friend Pierre Oitmann found this rare version of "Christmas Time", recorded by the Dutch actor, singer and musical star Bastiaan Ragas. It appears on the charity compilation album "X-Mas Feelings & Musical Stars", recorded for Stichting De Opkikker, a foundation that organizes special events for terminally ill children.

Bastiaan Ragas was a member of the popular Dutch boy band, Caught In The Act, a group that enjoyed significant success in Germany and Austria from 1992 until their break-up in 1998.

Before recording "Christmas Time", Ragas had a huge hit with the ballad "Alles", performed as a duet with his wife Tooske Breugem, a well-known Dutch television host/presenter.

"Christmas Time" was produced by Erwin Steylen, a musician, composer and producer from the Dutch city Tilburg, and a one-time member of UK singer Ian Perry's backing band.
